Love Island, ABBA and the Wurzels are just some of the big names being drawn to Bath’s Racecourse – our close neighbour here at Toghill House Farm – to mark a memorable 2025 summer season which kicks off in spectacular style with Ladies Day on June 14th.

Ladies Day at Bath Racecourse is just the beginning of what’s in store this summer, especially if you like your racing mixed with a bit of entertainment and family fun. Yes, children are welcome at race days. In fact, under-17s can enter free with an adult to enjoy the action.
Here’s the programme of upcoming race meetings and feature events, at most of which you’ll hear and experience far more than just the thundering hooves of horses on the turf.
- Wednesday, June 25 – Midweek evening Racing under the summer sky. Gates open 4.50pm and the last of six races on the card sets off at 8.50. Why not treat yourself to a hospitality or restaurant package and make an occasion of it – although there’s plenty of choice in the grandstand bars and eateries.
- Wednesday, July 2 – Another of the popular midweek evening race meetings, making the most of long, bright summer evenings.
- Wednesday, July 16 – This midweek meet is devoted to the Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance as a charity event. A fantastic opportunity to enjoy a day at the races while supporting a vital local charity.
- Friday, August 1 – ABBA Party Racenight! Get ready to dance and sing along to all the classic ABBA hits as a tribute band takes to the stage after a thrilling evening of racing. Dig out your flares and sequins for this one!
- Saturday, August 16 – Rum & Reggae Racenight when you can immerse yourself in a taste of the Caribbean with delicious food, rum cocktails, and live reggae music, all set against the backdrop of exciting horse racing.
- Saturday, September 13 – The Wurzels LIVE Raceday: A firm favourite for a reason! Enjoy a fantastic day of racing followed by a lively performance from the iconic Wurzels. This is combined with a “Cider & Sausage Festival,” promising a true West Country experience.
There’s more afternoon racing on Sunday September 14, Tuesday September 30, Thursday October 9, and Monday October 20, leading up to the Season Finale on Thursday October 30.
