Spooky season is upon us in October. Halloween is the best excuse to put on your best scary costume and get up to some ghoulish gruesome fun. We’ve put together a list of some of the most awesome activities in and around Bath this Halloween. Bath city centre is only a 15 – 20-minute drive away from Toghill House Farm.

 

  • Pumpkin Patch at Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park

2nd October – 31st October: 10:00 am – 4:00 PM

Pop over with the family to pick your perfect pumpkin for the season. There are plenty of extra fun activities and food and drink to be enjoyed. Not to mention all the Instagram-able autumn vibes. This is a perfect event for families, couples, group outings and more. Halloween outfits are encouraged. Entry ticket does not include pumpkin, which is priced dependent on size.   • Motorcity Halloween Party: Disco Inferno

30th October: 11:00 PM

You’ll be sure to get Disco Fever with the sounds of Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind & Fire, Kool & The Gang, Tom Jones, Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, The Rolling Stones and more disco legends. Get up offa that thing and head down to Bath’s Komedia for the best Halloween party around. The first hour is Happy Hour with great drink offers to help you boogie oogie oogie ‘till you just can’t boogie no more.   • Halloween Week at the American Museum & Gardens

If anyone knows how to celebrate Halloween, it’s America. The American Museum & Gardens in Bath are hosting a week-long celebration throughout the October half-term, perfect for the family. You’ll be able to explore the gardens, parkland and children’s play area, as well as the ghoulish Halloween craft activities and treats.   • After Dark: Nights to Die For

Experience Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein like never before. After Dark promises to deliver a shriekingly exciting adventure with multi-sensory rooms, the attic ‘Screaming Room’ and a new X-treme Basement Experience with some unwelcome house guests. Not suitable for children under 15.
