Christmas at Bath’s National Trust Properties
When: 1st December 2022
Where: Dyrham Park, Prior Park Landscape Garden, Lacock, Avebury, Newark Park, Tyntesfield
The National Trust invites people to visit their beautiful estates near Bath, with each estate hosting its own events. Dyrham Park will be dressed as if preparing for the Christmas wedding of former residents William Blathwayt and Mary Wynter in 1686. Prior Park Landscape Garden will be hosting an advent calendar trail across the park for little ones. Lacock Abbey is a beautiful place to visit, with the chance to have a photo with Santa’s reindeer and have story time with mother Christmas. Avebury Manor and Garden will follow the story of The Nutcracker around the manor with opportunities for arts and crafts. Newark Park invites guests to meet Father Christmas and go on a reindeer hunt across the estate. Tyntesfield will be offering Christmas events including; wreath making, horse and carriage rides, and lino printing as well as much more.
