Sadly, the famous Bath Christmas Market isn’t running as we so fondly know it this year. However, there is a scaled-back market full of Artisan makers with exclusive gifts and treats, just by Bath Abbey. Through some of Bath’s most iconic landmarks, there is an incredible light trail to follow, lighting the way through the historic city centre.
- Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon

Artist Luke Jerram’s iconic Museum of the Moon will be exhibited in Bath Abbey this winter. Measuring seven metres in diameter, the moon features detailed NASA imagery of the surface at an approximate scale of 1:500,000. The immersive experience surrounds the visitors with a composition created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award-winning composer Dan Jones. Accompanying the exhibition is a series of lunar centred events for all the family.

The ever-popular Ice-skating rink is back with 1,000 square metres of smooth ice waiting to be skated, skidded, and glided on. Bath On Ice is the perfect Instagram-able backdrop with its beautiful atmospheric lights and festive cheer. Each ticket will allow for one hour of fun on the rink. Adjacent to the rink is the popular adventure golf course, illuminated in its own light installation.
